Located in the heart of the Grandview-Woodlands neighbourhood, this redevelopment project took an ambitious stance on advancing measurable sociability and liveability - particularly for the growing demographic of young couples and families looking to find (increasingly unavailable) housing in the area.
By running several architectural massing variations through the FLUID sociability software, we quickly determined that the best results for fostering human connection were consistently coming from residential units arranged around a common courtyard.
