For Human Studio, this project represents years of dedication and embodies our commitment to community-building. The 800 Commercial project will provide much-needed housing while fostering a sense of community through thoughtful design. The layout encourages social interactions, with spaces where neighbors can connect, enjoy the outdoors, and build relationships. Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society’s mission of promoting social connection will be beautifully realized here. We’re also grateful for the neighborhood’s support, which made the rezoning process smooth and ultimately led to the council’s full backing.
